Variants
CoreShop leverages Pimcore’s powerful Variants system, which includes data inheritance, making it easy to manage different product versions. On top of this, CoreShop adds a variant configuration system using attributes, such as size and color, to simplify product selection in the frontend. Attributes are grouped (like “Size” or “Color”) and defined with specific values (e.g., “XL”, “Red”). This allows the user to create flexible variant selectors, improving the shopping experience.
